Refund policy

All experience purchases/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Experiences are transferrable, but non-refundable.

If you require an exchange, please email us at info@adventureaviation.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return postage is not included, and must be paid for by the customer 

If you would like to return your item it must be unworn/unused and returned to us within 30 days.
