Terms of service

All experience purchases/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Booking should be made by contacting us by phone or email to agree on the date/time of your experience.

Experiences are transferrable but unfortunately not refundable.

All our flights are weather dependent and what you see will depend on the conditions on the day.

It is imperative that you call your instructor on the day of the flight to check that the weather is suitable.

We require a mobile number to contact you in advance if necessary.

Minimum age for experiences is 14 years - there is no maximum age.

Maximum weight is 120kg. This is for safety reasons, we reserve the right to weigh passengers before boarding.
